Product process

Material selection is the first step in producing high-quality rattan furniture. Skilled workers, who base on their extensive experience, determine the size and material of each rattan and classify it for different purposes.

After being softened, shaped, and cooled by steam machine, various patterns are woven with both hands. After passing the inspection by QC , they are sent to the semi-finished product department.

After the semi-finished product is produced, it is first burned with open flame to remove burrs, then polished, primed, polished, painted, and polished for nearly ten different processes.
